One of the many changes I have made in my life to show myself and the world more love, is that I changed to a Whole-Food Plant-Based diet almost five years ago. As the head chef in my house, this means I've enjoyed finding and modifying recipes for my family. It has been a wonderful transition with many bumps along the way. My kids love some, and loathe others. I will be posting recipes here and letting you know whether they loved it or loathed it, or maybe some in-betweeners.
